Contactless Check-in Instructions

Your property has a contactless check-in - what that means: 

• You do not have to check in at an office - you can go right to your rental property!
• You will receive a text message on the day of arrival or an email if there is no cell number alerting you when your rental is ready for occupancy, along with the keyless code to enter your property. This will be sent to the cell phone of the renter of record.  If your rental has not been cleaned yet at the time you arrive, you must still wait until you receive a text message indicating that your rental is ready for occupancy.  
• In the entryway, you'll find all the physical check-in related items you'll need for your stay, like parking passes, pool bands, keys to laundry or amenities, etc. if they are required for your rental.
• If your unit has laminated parking passes, use the provided dry erase marker to write in your departure date. Immediately place the provided parking passes in the rear-view mirror of your vehicles to avoid potential issues.
• Please remember to return these items back to the designated area in the entryway upon your departure for use by the next guest.
• Your Vacation Rental includes a digital guestbook filled with everything your family and friends need for a spectacular vacation. Each guest is required to register to gain access to Wi-Fi, door codes, house rules, parking information, instructional videos and report any issues during your stay.
