We love this condo! We’ve stayed here for years and never been disappointed. We have family members who have rented other condos in this same building. They simply do not compare to this one! We love that it is so beautifully decorated and that the owners are regularly doing upgrades. For example, the new master bedroom furniture and the new seashell cushions on the balcony furniture are so nice! This condo feels like a true home with so many special touches. We love the location, too. It’s quiet at this end of the beach. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. The beach out front is beautiful. The pool is a great feature to have available, especially if you have children. It gives an option for swimming. We consider 404 Xanadu II our lovely home away from home. We hope to continue enjoying this well-kept condo for many years to come. Please convey to the owners our heartfelt thanks for providing a beautiful place for our family to make treasured memories.

Loved unit 404 in Xanadu II, Cherry Grove Beach. The condo was well equipped, clean and the view was amazing. Loved the clock that told when the tide was in & out. We also loved the location. An easy walk to the pier to the right and to a lovely point on the left. The surf was great with a sandy, level beach, no rocks. The elevators were fast and there were plenty of luggage racks by the downstairs lobby. We saw staff cleaning the lobby & pool area every day. The lounge chair on the deck was broken, but it being the beginning of rental season that was understandable, really just making the owners aware. If I could recommend one thing it would be better lighting in the master bath. For future renters, the condo was just as described as well as pictured. You can’t go wrong renting this property.

Unit is beautiful, comfortable, and very well furnished. We very much enjoyed it.

Had a plumbing issue and Elliott Realty sent someone out immediately. We are so thankful for a great stay
