Description
Located on the oceanfront in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach is Windy Hill Dunes 201. Larger families, golf groups, and close friends will feel comfortable at this luxury rental that has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Two parking spaces are included. The area family- friendly and quiet. Motorcycles are not allowed.
When you enter the unit, you will feel the luxury. There is plush furniture in the living room. Everyone will love having complimentary WIFI access. Stream your favorite TV shows and movies on one of the five flatscreen smart TVs. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer and central heating and air. The space is perfect for gathering, yet you can spread out when needed. Let your worries wash away with the shore while you sit and listen to the waves crashing on the beach from the private balcony.
You can easily spend hours on the shore at this oceanfront resort. There are two wooden pathways, and one is lined with palm trees. Pack your beach bag and set up your beach umbrella. Search for seashells to take home as keepsakes or build intricate sandcastles with your children. Fly a kite high into the sky as it soars in the ocean breeze. The nearby Cherry Grove Pier offers South Carolina's only two-story pier observation deck. You can spot ships sailing in the distance and porpoises swimming by from the vantage point. There is also plenty of other fun to be found. Go paddle boarding, jet skiing, and kayaking on the ocean or in one of the winding marshes. There are amusement rides, mini-golf courses, and ice cream shops nearby. Shop at the Tanger Outlet Mall or stroll in and out of boutiques at Barefoot Landing. You can also find waterfront restaurants and attractions at Barefoot Landing, including the Crooked Hammock Brewery, Lulu’s, Alligator Adventure, and the House of Blues. Avg. Rating:I stayed at 201 Windy Hill Dunes in May 2025 and absolutely loved it. The condo is beautifully furnished with all the conveniences you could ask for. There is plenty of space for the entire family without feeling as if you are running into each other. You couldn't get any closer to the beautiful white sand beach! I have breathing issues and had no trouble getting from the unit to the beach. The entire facility from the unit to the pool is very clean and well kept. I can't wait to go back!
Great vacation, we will be back. We really enjoyed staying in the Windy Hill Dunes 201 condo. It was a great location, the beach was a great area and the condo was just perfect for our group. It was very roomy.

Fabulous! We've stayed here multiple times& each time, the owners have added more upgrades to already luxury accommodations. Large and spacious condo with plenty of room for our big family to spread out, preparing meals together, enjoying game nights, or hanging out in the very comfortable living room for movies or conversation. Bedrooms are large & comfortable with the primary suite overlooking the pristine beach. Feels like a separate wing for the grownups after the kids are settled, in the opposite end of the condo. Walking west to the beach bar is a favorite with delicious frozen cocktails, sandwiches & snacks. East will get you to Molly Malones. Convenience store is across the street& Kroger delivers so no car is needed. Love it here!
I love this condo! It’s so spacious, comfortable and clean with beach/ocean views from the entire living space and master bedroom. I almost didn’t want to leave the condo. But there is a lot to do and see in the area. The easy access to the beach was so convenient! We will definitely be back!
What a time we had! I loved the location in the building as it was so easy to get to the beach, pool and parking but most importantly was the view from the balcony was exactly as shown is the pictures. You just look out the windows of the condo and you have an expansive view of the beach and ocean. Morning coffee was the best out there. The condo kitchen is outfitted well and being the gamers that we are was well suited to big meals and long nightly games. The beach is beautiful and was very relaxing to just sit and enjoy although we did spend time looking for sharks' teeth, no success though. We were there for 5 days and never tired of walking up the beach to enjoy food and drinks when we didn't cook. I will definitely plan another trip!
My family rents this condo every year because we love it so much. The condo is beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. There are four bedrooms, three baths, a fully equipped kitchen and large living room. It sits right on the beach so there are gorgeous views from the kitchen, living room, master bedroom and deck. We love the fact that we can do cook our own meals and do our laundry while we are there. It's so easy to get back and fourth to the beach from the condo because it's on the second floor. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay, I would definitely book this condo, it doesn't disappoint.
We had an amazing relaxing time at condo 201 at Windy Hill Dunes. We have stayed in this building for years and this one is very accommodating. The kitchen has been updated with more updates coming. Sitting on the balcony was my favorite listening to the ocean and breeze. The balcony furniture is comfortable complete with a table to enjoy coffee or meals outside. The pool and lazy River are under your room so if needed you can still talk to your people while they’re at the pool. The master bedroom has beach decor and bedspread. Everything was clean. We always go to Original Benjamin’s seafood buffet. We’ve tried others and we always go back to that one. It’s a little pricey but worth it! Would totally recommend this condo for your vacation
What a beautiful condo and location! We had so much fun on a much needed girls trip! The accommodations are clean and comfortable. We didn’t have a car but didn’t need one. Easy walk or Uber when we wanted to go somewhere. But the best part was that we didn’t feel like we needed feel like we really needed to go anywhere. We had groceries delivered and enjoyed dinner on the balcony with a tremendous view! I will definitely be returning for another vacation!
We loved our stay at Windy Hill Dunes 201! Being on the 2nd floor was perfect for quick in and out to the beach, pool, hot tub and garage! The condo was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, as it is in the middle of everything in just a 3-8 minute drive or a nice walk on the beach to Molly Malones! We enjoyed Barefoot Landing, golf, and all the nearby restaurants! What we enjoyed most was the beautiful view (tall balcony furniture allowed the perfect view) and beach right out the door! We will definitely be back! Thank you!
