This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Willet Way sleeps 10 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 10-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. The washer and dryer let you handle laundry where you are staying. You can wash a small load as needed rather than building your whole packing list around the length of the trip. The balcony offers an ocean view. It is a place to take a break and enjoy that outlook without making a separate outing part of your plans.
The outdoor shower gives you a place to rinse off after sandy outings. Use it as part of your return routine before settling in for the next part of the day. Check in and check out was very easy. The location of this property was perfect, close to the beach, shopping, restaurants but still in a quiet area. . We had plenty of spaces to park with room to spare. The backyard and deck spaces were wonderful. The kitchen had plenty of drinking cups but could have used a few more medium size pots. Overall a great vacation spot.
The house is very spacious and we enjoyed our stay here. We had one complaint about a tv remote and was taken care of immediately.
We stayed at Willet Way. The house is nice and close to the beach. We loved the wrap around porch on the 2nd floor. Spent a lot of time there. The beds were pretty comfortable. And the rooms spacious.

Everything was very good. The only thing I didn’t care for is we had to make the beds when we got there.
The property is well kept, the home is nice with plenty space to find solitude even in large groups.

Willet Way was amazing! The pictures make it seem a little bigger than it was, but none the less, we had plenty of space.
