This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach is the setting for Uptown Girl, a house vacation rental whose appeal begins with a balcony with ocean views. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Uptown Girl sleeps 14 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 14-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up. The balcony offers an ocean view. It is a place to take a break and enjoy that outlook without making a separate outing part of your plans.
The outdoor shower gives you a place to rinse off after sandy outings. Use it as part of your return routine before settling in for the next part of the day. An indoor jetted tub is another amenity you can enjoy during the stay. It offers a way to slow down after a day filled with your own vacation plans. You will also find a short walk to beach. The living room has a 50-inch flat-screen TV. You can walk to Cherry Grove Pier. The property also offers large furnished front porch and a large furnished balcony. Make room in the day to pause outside between your other plans.
Leave a little time for the balcony, too. A quiet break outside or a conversation with someone in your group can be just as enjoyable as the day’s bigger plans. The house looks just like the pictures.
We had a great experience with Elliott Beach Rentals on our recent trip! The booking process was smooth, check-in was easy, and the unit was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to restaurants, shopping, and right on the beach. Any time we had a question, the staff was friendly and responsive. It’s clear they care about making sure guests have a good experience. We’ve stayed in Myrtle Beach several times, and this was one of our better experiences overall. Really enjoyed the short walk to the beach, the porch/balcony, and plenty of space
The rental was nice and big. Look just like the picture. Staff was very friendly. The rental was was clean. Nice view of the ocean.
