This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 9-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
Laundry is straightforward with a washer and dryer in the house. Wash what you need during your visit and keep favorite clothes ready for another day of vacation. A house stay lets you make your own plans for time together. Decide which days you want to organize in advance and which you would rather leave open. Loved that it was a single level home and that the space was separated with a breezeway! Kids enjoyed playing corn hole in the driveway when we weren't busy at the beach. Me, my husband and our two youngest stayed in the "mother-in-law suite" which was nice to be separated from the older teens and my mom but still be together. Would definitely stay here again!
Great place to stay! Close and convenient to everything in Cherry Grove!
