This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. A Surfside Sea-Esta is pet-friendly. Keep the 15-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
A dishwasher helps keep meal cleanup manageable, whether you are rinsing breakfast dishes or clearing away plates at the end of the day. A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up.
The living room has a 75-inch smart TV. The primary bedroom has a 55-inch smart TV. Features include outdoor lounge area with TV. You will also find fire pit. Recreation features include cornhole and dart board. It is a way to spend time together without turning every activity into an outing. The property offers a 7 person hot tub and a private fenced in backyard. The property offers Keurig and air fryer. There is a short walk to the beach access. Outdoor amenities include a gas grill. Words can't describe how incredibly grateful I am to have worked with such a great company. I know this is supposed to be about the house however the rental company was the first encounter. From start to finish everyone on staff was professional, courteous and more than kind. I would consider this how afain specifically because of my experience with Elliot. They are in a class by itself. I am in the real estate business and deal with rental companies on a resort island. I know them well the services they provide and the manner in which they provide them. I would stack this company up with the best of the best. Thank you so much Elliot, and the owners of Surfside Siesta for a wonderful weekend filled with lasting memories!
The location was great, easy walk to the beach and golf cart rentals available which made everywhere accessible. The house was very nice. Know that the only access to lower level is from outdoor stairs. Upper porch had great view of local fireworks!
Part of the fencing was down in the backyard.
