This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. Sunny And Chair is pet-friendly for 1 dog under 60 pounds. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 9-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. The washer and dryer let you handle laundry where you are staying. You can wash a small load as needed rather than building your whole packing list around the length of the trip. Before the visit, talk through what each person hopes to do during the time away. Shared plans can be as simple as agreeing on a morning start or leaving an evening free. Had a great time
It was a wonderful week with good friends. We had a couple problems that were addressed very quickly. I love the Windy Hill area. We had a place there for 33 years. Glad to find a place in the area so close to the beach!! Also loved keyless entry. So convenient. Great having 2 parking spots!! Thanks so much,!! Overall a delightful week! Thankful the bad weather stayed away!!🏖️

Very cute and roomy for the group of us 6, short walk from the beach and right around the corner from barefoot landing! Check in was very easy and they were super helpful with arriving at the office after hours to receive my key and very communicative before hand on everything that would be needed before arrival and on the trip! Only issue was it wasn’t as clean as I'd hoped.
Nice people, fine spot. Go here if you want: - 1 block from beach - 1/2 mile from grocery - Feeling of relaxation, nothing fancy - Good people.
Our stay at Sunny & Chair was wonderful, the place is very cozy, the area is great and the neighborhood was spectacular. We made a lots of great memories at Sunny & Chair place, so thank you all very much.
