Description
This three bedroom, two bathroom house is your home away from home. The house is only 1 block from the beach. Located in the quiet area of Windy Hill in North Myrtle Beach, this private beach house is your home away from home. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to make a meal. If you don’t feel like cooking, that’s not a problem. This house is just minutes away from barefoot Landing which has several restaurants as well as shopping & attractions. There are TV's in all bedrooms as well as the living room. Free WIFI is provided. There is also a full sized washer & dryer. This private beach house is only 1 block from the beach and has a wonderful view of the beach from the 2nd floor balcony.

Very cute and roomy for the group of us 6, short walk from the beach and right around the corner from barefoot landing! Check in was very easy and they were super helpful with arriving at the office after hours to receive my key and very communicative before hand on everything that would be needed before arrival and on the trip! Only issue was it wasn’t as clean as I'd hoped.
Nice people, fine spot. Go here if you want: - 1 block from beach - 1/2 mile from grocery - Feeling of relaxation, nothing fancy - Good people.
Our stay at Sunny & Chair was wonderful, the place is very cozy, the area is great and the neighborhood was spectacular. We made a lots of great memories at Sunny & Chair place, so thank you all very much.
