This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Very nice place for a big family. Only negatives, need a step handle in pool for the older folk to get in and out and need some grab bars in showers for the older folk and darkening curtains for main bedroom in front, the street light made it too bright at night. Other than that very nice place to stay
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach was marvelous. The pool was a bonus. Here are a few suggestions for repairs that would improve safety: First floor smoke alarm is missing Protruding nails on beach access railing Tiles were missing from swimming pool Blinds or curtains would be helpful on side living room windows Dining room chairs were uncomfortable This is a quality built house. 24 people stayed here and noise was close to non-existent. We did not feel crowded. The staff were very responsive when we need the top floor AC fixed.
We had a great stay at Elliott Beach Rentals! The property was comfortable, the location was wonderful, and everything was just as we hoped. We enjoyed our time and would definitely stay with Elliott Beach Rentals again. Highly recommend!
Our group of 19 had a great time. Plenty of room, inside and out. A great locations. And a gorgeous beach.

such a big and beautiful house that accommodated every single person in our party. greatly blessed for the memories made here this past week. also enjoyed the fact someone came and cleaned the pool while we were there, really showed how well this property is kept.
Nice property
I was very happy with everything about this very large beach home for our family vacation of 34. The floors were beautiful, the rooms were decorated very nice, we had a huge kitchen which accommodated all of our needs. Our elevator worked great, hot showers for all whenever you liked, very comfortable beds. The mermaid statues and other decor was so nice to look at, made it feel beachy also. The pool was always clean, they came several times to clean it. The beach area was perfect for us. Elliott Rentals were wonderful to work with, when I made the reservations and as we checked out. I'll include, one of my most favorite vacations ever!

Beautiful Location top notch. It's nice house, but it could use some upgrades to furnishings and grills. Other than that, I couldn't ask for more.
