This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Bring your vacation plans to Shore Drive, where the house Summer Cottage #5 features a location beyond the second row. Summer Cottage #5 has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 8 guests. Keep the 8-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up. Contactless check-in is included, a useful arrival detail as you organize the start of your stay.
The beyond-second-row setting is another part of deciding whether Summer Cottage #5 suits your plans. Think about how you would like to divide the visit between time at the house and the activities you choose for yourself. You can plan the trip around your own interests and leave space for a change of pace when your group wants it. The 2 bathrooms are worth considering as you organize your group’s daily routines. Some travelers may be ready to start the day early, while others may prefer a slower morning. A little planning around shared schedules can keep the practical side of the stay straightforward.
