This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The outside space and back porch needs some attention and is dirty. Overall the house is lovely and we are enjoying our stay.
Lovely home!! We stayed here in 2020 and loved the house so much!! We were excited to be able to return this year and enjoy it again! Wonderful views, great location! Pool was wonderful!! Just a couple things I would recommend improving ..Ice maker didn't work, the upstairs jack-n-jill bathroom could use a new showerhead, shower door and some lightbulbs. The upstairs pink bed mattress could be improved to a new mattress and frame. Otherwise I thought it was great!
We stayed in Southern Living & it is a beautiful house! It was just as the pictures showed on Elliott website. Inside the house was decorated to perfection! We loved the pool & all the outdoor furniture was fantastic! A short walk to the beach is great! The tv in the living room worked only sometimes. But otherwise we loved our stay!
