This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Time together in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach starts with the details at Simply Blessed, a house vacation rental with 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. Simply Blessed sleeps 18 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. Keep the 18-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
After time spent outside, the outdoor shower is a practical place to rinse off. It helps make the shift from beach plans to evening plans a little simpler. A game room gives your group another way to spend time together at the property. It can be part of the day’s plans or an option when you want to stay in for a while. Having a dishwasher makes a practical difference during a shared stay. It helps you keep up with dishes without spending every meal break washing them by hand.
Elevator service adds convenience when you are arriving with bags or bringing belongings back after a day out. It is one of the practical features that helps with the daily rhythm of a visit. Features include 2 sit on top kayaks and life vests. Recreation features include cornhole. Recreation features include air hockey table. Great property - stay in this area every year and this house by far the best
The house and location are beautiful. All the beds were comfortable as well as the furniture. Very coastal design.
t was an awesome week with our kids and grandkids. Lots of room. Great comfortable furniture 6 reclining seats. Lots of Sturdy Outdoor seating and lounges around a great pool. The elevator was wonderful for the handicapped member of the family. Fishing in the backyard and off the dock was amazing for everyone. Short easy walk to beach and the pier. The best vacation rental we have been to in our 15 years of family vacations
Absolutely loved the house. Very comfortable, lots of space for everyone. Easy access to the beach. Very modern. Loved the pool. Spent a lot of time in the pool.
We had an amazing week at this beautiful, new rental! There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room. Has everything you could want for your vacation. Game room, short walk to the beach with Life Guards. Amazing views of the Lake right out the back door where you can, fish, crab, Kayak (2-Kayaks were at the Cottage that we used) and a beautiful pool where we spent a lot of our time. There’s also fencing around the entire yard to keep the Kiddos safe from the Lake which was important to us because we had little ones with us. Also, has an elevator! This Cottage will not disappoint.
The house was the perfect setup for our family vacation. We had the best of both worlds. The lake to play in and the ocean to admire. The pool was a bonus to dip in and cool off. The elevator made carrying things up and down a piece of cake. The house was perfect. It was so nice to have the pool service come out daily to clean. The house was perfect!! Overall, a wonderful experience.
If we had known the layout of the property as in the kitchen and living area are on the top floor, we would probably have chosen a different place. Although the views are wonderful, the pool is awesome, kayaks a huge plus.
The house is beautiful. Plenty of space for all family members. Views of the lake and all types of birds visiting. The heated pool was amazing and appreciated the grills and corn hole game-all made for some great family time outdoors. Located in a very quiet spot with a quick, easy walk to the beach. Do note that the bed in the master is quite high! So if you are short, bring a step stool.
