Our family of four adults really enjoyed our week vacation at Sea Winds 403. The balcony is extra big and the balcony furniture is very sturdy and adequate for the number of people we had in our party. The view is amazing and is close to the ocean without a lot of walking from condo to actual beach. Very nice indoor pool. Condo was clean and temperature inside was perfect for the time of year (Oct.). It was nice to have a roomy shower and the water pressure was good. We didn't cook during our stay, but the kitchen was stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils and had 2 different kinds of coffee makers (one for pods and one for regular filters). The beds were very comfortable. It was very convenient to have a trash chute at the corner of the floor we were staying on. Sea Winds has two elevators, which is great for no waiting or moving in or moving out with carts. There are luggage carts and grocery carts in the lobby for guest convenience. The keyless entry was also nice to have instead of fumbling with keys all the time. There were so many conveniences at Sea Winds, we would definitely stay there again. The only negative thing I can think of is that the water heater is small in this unit and it is a good idea to space out your showers if multiple people are staying. This was not an issue for us at all, but worth mentioning. We have vacationed at North Myrtle for many years and Elliott Realty is the best company we have ever dealt with in regards to customer service.
This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at Sea Winds through Elliott Realty. It’s always a good experience. We love the quiet area and the Elliott pick up location is very handy. Everyone always nice and cordial. Will definitely be back!!
We love this building! Beautiful beach, nice pool, spacious rooms. 403 was big, comfortable, and wonderful for our trip!

My oceanfront condo was stunning. When I walked into it , I felt like I was at home at the beach. The furnishings were fresh and trendy. The cleaning was spotless and the ocean sounds, and the breeze were inviting. I didn’t wanna leave when it was time to check out three days later but reality set in and I had to go! You’ve got to try this unit,
