This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

There is even an elevator, so it will be easy to reach every level.

There is a game room complete with two arcade games each offering 58 games, the famous Golden Tee and a fuse ball game. The second game room houses a gorgeous blue billiards table.  The ocean may be steps away, but if you don’t want to swim in it, you have your own gorgeous backyard oasis.  This professionally designed one of a kind pool area has Four Gorgeous spillways, elegant lighting,  a 35'x15' pool, spa, and a luxurious Italian marble  patio. The pool is surrounded by palm trees, chaise lounges, and a dining set. Luke's playroom is an additional bonus filled with beach toys, games and more!

Sand Dollar is close to many restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. The Cherry Grove area has seafood restaurants, an arcade, souvenir shops, and a mini-golf course. Beyond the Cherry Grove area are multiple championship golf courses. Myrtle Beach is a golf Mecca known for its beautiful golf courses. Shopping is also prominent with places like the Tanger Outlet Mall, Coastal Grand Mall, and Barefoot Landing. Go on a culinary adventure and pick a restaurant to try.
