Inside, the condo features granite countertops, a convenient wet bar area, and a screened-in balcony perfect for enjoying coastal breezes. Flatscreen TVs and wireless internet access keep everyone connected and entertained, while blackout curtains in the bedrooms ensure restful nights after sunny beach days. Central heating and air, along with a washer and dryer in Pelican Landing 327, provide all the comforts of home.
Guests enjoy access to the outdoor pool, picnic tables, outside shower, and elevator provided by Pelicans Landing
Monthly winter rentals are welcome.
A doorbell camera is present at the entrance for added security.

Excellent stay! We would definitely stay again!
My family and I stayed here to celebrate my birthday as well as 4th of July. There were lots of things to do that were easily accessible and perfect for people of any age. The unit was very well maintained and in a peaceful location as well. If I had to nitpick, there was one bed in the unit that had sheets and a comforter with a stain but it was easy to clean and we had access to extra sheets. We didn't reach out to get fix this cause we were able to find a solution for ourselves, but I'm sure if we did Elliott would have been a great help. Overall we enjoyed our stay more than we could express.
Very nice area , super clean place!! Will be staying again!
