Central heating and air, along with a washer and dryer in Pelican Landing 327, provide all the comforts of home.
Guests enjoy access to the outdoor pool, picnic tables, outside shower, and elevator provided by Pelicans Landing
Monthly winter rentals are welcome.
A doorbell camera is present at the entrance for added security.
Please note Pelicans Landing is a non-smoking property with no pets, motorcycles, trailers, or golf carts permitted.
