Avg. Rating:We enjoyed the view from 815, our stay was pleasant no serious issues with the condo. There was mold on the shower curtain and the rod was extremely rusty which made it difficult for the curtain to slide back and forth. I did report it and I was impressed that they replaced both the rod and the curtain. This is our last day and woke up to a picture frame fell off the wall. The glass did not break and we were able to put it back together. We did not rehang it because it was only up with sticky tape but I will notify Elliott about it. This is our 2nd stay in this unit. Love all the storage space and the swivel recliners are great! The pull out sofa is convenient for our 15 year old
We stayed in Oceans 815 for the week and it was perfect for us! We loved the oceanfront view and the privacy on the balcony! The condo was equipped well although we did very little in the way of cooking. I do wish linens were included but for the price it was fine. I purchased the linen package, I just wish that the linen package had included 4 sets of towels and washcloths and kitchen towels. It's kind of sad that you would need to bring those from home. I also paid for departure maid service and it would be nice if you arrived to beds already made up. All in all I loved the condo and the property and would happily stay here again!
Oceans 815 is a very nice one bedroom unit. We really enjoyed all the amenities the unit had to offer. Located in a quiet complex within walking distance to a lot of things. Will definitely stay again!
Great property it is very clean, I am sure myself and other guests would appreciate you having soap, dish soap, and laundry soap on hand in case of emergencies. We come on vacation to enjoy ourselves not to buy more necessities. The homeowner should at least supply these items for their guests.
My stay is always so nice
We loved the condo. The location was great. Condo was really clean except for the bathtub. Many thanks to the owner for running a March special on the rental. We will be back. Thanks for all your help in getting this scheduled. We told them what we wanted and they produced. Thanks to all.
Great location. Ideal facility for wife and me. Oceanfront balcony with very comfortable chairs a highlight with other nice rooms furnishings and decor. Convenient parking with no stairways to climb. Beach is great. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. ❤️
We enjoyed our vacation, we wish they would provide hand towels and kitchen towels along with a blow dryer.
The pictures of the view on the webpage do not do this place justice. The view is incredible! The unit is really spacious for a one bedroom and it is convenient and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. We just parked our car and didn't more it again until we checked out. Installing a murphy bed in the the living area would make this a 5-star for our family (sofa bed was not comfortable). We will definitely be returning!
We loved our stay in this home. It had everything we needed. Perfect location to grocery store, restaurants, souvenirs, all within walking distance. Right on the beach. Second time staying at The Oceans and won’t be our last.
This is our second time at The Oceans, first time in this particular unit. Very pleased with everything about this condo. The location of The Oceans is ideal to everything; can walk to the grocery store, souvenir shops, restaurants, and especially the beach. This is located right on the beach!
We were moved here from another condo. Pleasantly surprised! This condo had everything we wanted less washer and dryer. Closer to the busy part of area, but was not too bad the week we were there. Noise from street is not as bad as I would have thought and crowds were not bad on beach at all. TV was not hard to figure out either. Unit is very well maintained and bed was great after a busy day and evening. Couch was wonderful and so comfy for a nap! We would defiantly stay there again.

We have stayed at the Oceans for almost 15 years. This condo is the best. It is like being at home. The owners have decorated it nice and recently decorated. We will be coming back to this unit.
5 Star all around. This condo was newly decorated, comfortable and will stay here again. Felt like being at home.
