Avg. Rating:We have been coming to NMB for multiple years now. We love the area and the family friendly environment. We always try to stay at Ocean Pier 3 or 4. The condos are perfect size and the pool and beach being so close makes our stay much more relaxing. We plan to continue staying here year after year. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped, and the view is perfect. The furniture on the balcony was very comfortable and made sitting out at night enjoyable. I could’ve slept out there. Only improvements I would suggest.. balcony door was very hard to open and dryer was very loud.

We really enjoyed our month stay at Ocean Pier III. The view of the ocean, location, nice indoor & outdoor furnishings, were ideal. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Kudos to the cleaning team! We did have a couple issues and Elliott was extremely responsive. Shout out to Pam, Margaret, Brandon and the gentleman who came to the condo trying to get the pipes unfrozen. We always felt Elliot was right there with us whether it was a leaky sink or the worst snowstorm in 24 years that caused frozen pipes. Our suggestions would be: curtains for the two windows overlooking the ocean. Seems like would want some privacy at night. We were also disappointed with the "open" wifi as it presented some challenges for working remote. The master bath is starting to show some wear. We loved all the hooks in the hallway! Overall we really liked the condo and would stay there again.
