This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
This home away from home has a balcony where you can see the ocean from, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. washer and dryer in the home along with stainless steel appliances. This home will sleep six comfortably with two bedrooms with a queen sized bed and bedroom three with two singles. Sit out on the balcony and take in the salt air during your stay you will not regret it.
Ocean Pearl has an ample amount of entertainment. There are five flat screen TVs, so there is one in the living room and each bedroom. You will also have complimentary WIFI, which is helpful for making dinner reservations and tee times. One unique feature of this home is the grilling area. One of the best parts is being steps away from the beach. Spend hours laying out on the warm sand, reading, and listening to music as the waves crash upon the shore. Every day is made better when spent at the beach. Fly kites, search for seashells, and boogie board with your kids. You can also go parasailing, kayaking, and jet-skiing.
