This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
This home away from home has a balconies, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. washer and dryer in the home along with stainless steel appliances. This home will sleep guests comfortably with two bedrooms. Sit out on the balconies and take in the salt air during your stay you will not regret it.
Ocean Pearl has an ample amount of entertainment. There are flat screen TVs, so there is one in the living room and each bedroom. You will also have complimentary WIFI, which is helpful for making dinner reservations and tee times. One unique feature of this home is the grilling area with picnic table. One of the best parts is being steps away from the beach. Spend hours laying out on the warm sand, reading, and listening to music as the waves crash upon the shore. Every day is made better when spent at the beach. Fly kites, search for seashells, and boogie board with your kids. You can also go parasailing, kayaking, and jet-skiing.

Over all we were please with Ocean Pearl and had a wonderful vacation, we would definitely stay here again. Great location and easy walk to the beach. It would be nice if there was more seating in the main living room but not complaining about that at all. The house does need a deep clean as we definitely left it much cleaner than when we arrived. Upstairs was hard to keep cool, you couldn’t leave the blinds open at all or it would get too hot, we bought a fan to help pull the air up to the second floor and that worked well. Over all very pleased and will return.
