Being a dog friendly condo high rise bldg, maintenance people kept all areas neat and clean.

Perfect beach rental for a couple traveling with their dog! This condo is an end-unit on the 3rd floor. The low level provides a beautiful oceanfront view while still allowing those quick trips outside with your furry friend. We used the nearby stairs instead of the elevator for a little extra exercise. The property also has a separate beach walkway for dogs, which happens to be right below this unit, as well. Couldn't ask for a better location on the property! The condo itself was clean with plenty of room. Loved the beach decor, and the furniture is thoughtful and comfortable, especially the balcony chairs. We didn't cook much, so I can't comment on the kitchen being stocked, but the basics were there. Having an in-unit washer + dryer came in clutch, too. The maintenance isn't perfect; if you travel to the coast often, you'll understand "beach shabby." We noticed loose outlet covers, a bathroom light needing repair, and normal wear & tear, but none of the issues affected our stay. I wouldn't hesitate to rent again. Helpful hints for your trip: • There's a parking garage below the main lot out front. The garage wasn't nearly as crowded, and the spaces seemed larger. It also has access directly from the beach-level patio, so we dumped our beach things in the truck before going back up to the condo. Really helpful to keep sand out of your rental. • We initially had trouble finding the dog potty area, but it's on the ground level in the middle of the parking garage. Our dog wasn't a fan of the artificial grass, but there's a public park directly next door (just a few steps away) with plenty of green space instead. • We visited in October when dogs are allowed on the beach without restrictions. This is a great month to stay in this pet-friendly unit as almost everyone you meet will have a dog, too. Overall, if you're looking for a clean condo with great amenities for both you and your pup, this unit is a winner.

Great value for the location and amenities. Perfect rental for those with pets.

It was a perfect place close to everything on the south end. The resort was booked for the week so the beach was a little crowded. The bed was very comfy

We had the best week, the unit is beautiful and had everything we needed ❤️ Always had a good parking spot, and never had to wait for the elevators! After many years at the beach, that is definitely a huge plus!! I recommend 100%!!

This property was perfect for my husband and I. The owner was very sweet and accommodating. This unit was plenty big enough, clean and tasting decorated. It had all the features we were looking for including a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

First impression was wonderful! This until had everything we needed during out week stay. The view from the balconies was fabulous! The king bed was comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows. This was a prefect unit for the 2 of us. Very much enjoyed our stay. I would definitely reccomend!

We stayed at Ocean Park Resort 304 for the first three days in April. The room was in great shape and had all of the amenities needed to keep us comfortable. The view is amazing had we loved being able to see the beach and ocean even before the sun rose each day due to the spotlights on the top of the building. We didn’t take the opportunity to use the sauna, pool, or workout room but it was great to have access to those well kept facilities on site. The access for dogs was great and we were able to get around easily with our fur baby. Everything was well maintained and very clean. We slept comfortably with the two A/C units keeping us cool. The best feature was definitely the patio view of the beach! Great times! Thanks!

Our 9 mo baby boy was fine crawling around the room with very little need to baby proof anything. That was a big relief! Everything was well maintained and very clean. We appreciated the extra linens and towels. Everyone slept comfortably with the two A/C units keeping us cool. The best feature was definitely the patio view of the beach! Great times! Thanks!

Great property! Would definitely stay again.

We had a very good experience with this unit and property manager. Check in was quick and easy. The resort location was very convenient and the unit was just as pictured. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the shower was outstanding. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony which was wonderful! Everything was great- but a few kitchen towels and a full length mirror would be good additions.

The condo was great & the location is perfect. An additional star needs to be awarded for underground parking & doggie area. :)

It is exactly what you see in the description and pictures. It was close to anything you would want to do or to eat. I was able to bring my dog with me. Will stay there again.
