Very nice place right on the beach. We enjoyed our stay.
Needs some tlc. Light bulbs need replaced dining chairs need seats braced. Nice otherwise lots of space great family vacation spot.
Overall the condo is very nice and the property is nice.
We had a great stay, please fix the toilet that runs and we will see you next year!
Nice place, and location
The room was as advertised, everything matched the description. The building was nice, good amenities with different pool options. Good parking, plenty of room to maneuver in the garage. Good location in the Ocean Drive area, easy access to all Myrtle Beach locations and attractions.

Our family recently had the opportunity to stay at Ocean Beach Condo 1310, while the location and accessibility to the beach were wonderful, the unit could use some updates.
