Over the past 15 years we have started at Nautical Watch multiple times…sometimes Unit 304, sometimes Unit 305. We have tried other locations but keep coming back to Nautical Watch. We love the floor plan and location. Two ocean-front decks per unit is hard to beat! Over the years the units have been upgraded beautifully! Our only complaint is the lighting options. Many of the light bulbs were so low wattage as to be unhelpful…like the end table lamps by the sofa. Also, there was only one bedside lamp. Only one of us could read in bed, if we chose. Also, we were never able to get the light over the kitchen sink to light. Overall we do enjoy and will continue to return to Nautical Watch. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

We absolutely loved this rental! Beds were comfy and oh the view! Our family would absolutely love to stay here again! Perfect amount of space for a small family.
Beautiful place, had a towel bar break and the maintenance guy was there the next day to fix it, talk about promptness and very courtesy of our time.
