This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. My Beach House sleeps 10 guests. Keep the 10-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
The outdoor shower gives you a place to rinse off after sandy outings. Use it as part of your return routine before settling in for the next part of the day. Having a dishwasher makes a practical difference during a shared stay. It helps you keep up with dishes without spending every meal break washing them by hand. A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up.
Interior details include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Recreation features include cornhole game. It is a way to spend time together without turning every activity into an outing. You will find a short walk to Main Street. You will find large primary walk-in closet and an open concept living room. Outdoor spaces include a screened-in porch. Make room in the day to pause outside between your other plans. First time staying in North Myrtle beach and this house was a perfect location. Was a short walking distance to the beach and other activities in the area.
House was in a nice community very up to date and clean i will be coming back to same location and house if possible
