Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed the property. During our visit, the air conditioning stopped working, but Elliott Realty responded promptly and had it repaired within two hours, which we greatly appreciated.
The overall condo is fine—-but it’s starting to become dated. The furniture ain loving room is definitely in need of upgrade and many of the mattresses as well. An update would make it perfect!
We had problems with internet and some TV's, Elliott was very responsive in having it fixed. In bathrooms they should supply you with 1 roll of toilet paper, hand towel, bath mat, (tile floors and very slippery. Kitchen is stocked well with utensils and dishes, but should supply dish rag and towel along with 1 roll of paper towels. Also want dishes washed and put away but doesn't supply any dishwasher detergent.
The furniture could be updated but other than that the unit is good
The condo is pretty.
Unit could use some updating, carpets and couch need replacing
Our family came after Christmas. We stayed in Room 701. It was a four bedroom and four bath condo. The Condo was on the second row, but we had a nice view of the ocean. Going during this time was relatively quiet. Streets weren’t crowded and not lots of people. We enjoyed our time together playing on the beach.
I recommend this place to friends
Check-in was easy. Access to parking garage with low 6’8” ceilings in back of building making easy for entry and exit. Showers and bathrooms were clean.
