This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
For travelers drawn to Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach, Living Beach 4 is a house vacation rental with an oceanfront location to consider. Living Beach 4 has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom and sleeps 8 guests. Living Beach 4 is pet-friendly. Keep the 8-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
An outdoor shower offers a convenient place to rinse away sand after beach time. It is a small but useful part of the transition from outdoor activities to the rest of your day. With 4 bedrooms, it helps to agree on sleeping arrangements before you arrive. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, so keep that number alongside the bedroom count when deciding who will join the trip and how everyone will share the accommodation.
The balcony has an oceanfront view, giving you a place to pause and take in the water between the other parts of your day. Having a dishwasher makes a practical difference during a shared stay. It helps you keep up with dishes without spending every meal break washing them by hand. Laundry is straightforward with a washer and dryer in the house. Love the location and the interior is beautiful. Nice having a hot tub but wish there was a pool. Then it would be absolutely perfect!
AMAZING view & location 10/10. Literally steps to the beach. Elliott made check in and updates super easy. Great communication. For this to be a luxury home we were disappointed that the grill was not usable. It was completely rusted out. We had planned to cook most of our meals so we had to purchase a cheap grill from Boulineau’s. The swing was also rusted and did not look safe to use. There was a hot tub at the home but it was dirty and had a lot of sand and debris in it most of the week. We noticed that someone did put chemicals in it and cleaned it up later in the week. The house was spacious. Nice kitchen. Beds were comfy. Loved having 3 1/2 baths. The upstairs bonus area was great for the kids. The outdoor table and chairs were lovely. We had a wonderful week!! Would definitely enjoy staying here again in the future. The grill definitely needs updating.

The porch on ocean front would be nice to have a shelter. Great large rooms love the downstairs bathroom
We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! It was very comfortable and well appointed to everything. It was well maintained but the deck could use better lighting and outdoor furniture
