This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Here is a luxury beach rental that truly makes everything about your coastal vacation very, very good. Life Is Good is an amazing beach house that sits oceanfront in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach. A whole family reunion can happen right within the walls of this spacious rental.
There is room for everyone at Life Is Good. Eight parking passes accommodate multiple vacationing families, and the eight bedrooms inside the house give them all a slice of home sweet home during their stay. No need to draw straws for the next shower. Eight and one half baths will give everyone ample time to use the facilities.
The stunning provisions at this luxury oceanfront rental continues. Young and old will find ease and comfort at Life Is Good. In fact, those senior members of the vacationing party will surely appreciate the convenience of an elevator that will easily deliver them from the beach house to the Atlantic playground outside.
Half of the group may choose to splash in the pool that can be heated Mar-May and Sept-Oct for a fee at the beach house while the other half explores the natural amusements of the beach. The South Carolina shore is an endless ribbon of fun and beauty. This section of North Myrtle Beach is simply bursting with things to do and see. Shops, restaurants, parks, and attractions dot the South Carolina coast, giving vacationers a nice long list of amusements to choose from.
Spend your days on the beach, getting that golden South Carolina tan. Or go exploring out and about in the great city of North Myrtle Beach. However you decide to pass the days of your vacation, your fabulous beach rental will be waiting to welcome and pamper you at the end of each day. Enjoy the oceanfront balcony while the kids plan movie night with flatscreen TVs to accommodate the different cinematic tastes in the family. Or finish up the day with a relaxing soak in the hot tub. There is no wrong way to enjoy Life Is Good.

Beautiful property with all the right amenities.
This is absolutely a Luxury Rental. My family enjoyed the comfort and extravagance of this beach rental. It had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. It is very spacious and clean. I really loved the colors, decor and theme. We are looking forward to returning again with our family. This is also a great location with many activities nearby.
