Description
This 21-story building offers gorgeous views of the Atlantic Ocean and Kingston’s one-half mile of white sandy beach from every residence. This unit is ocean front, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and sleeps six. Over look the pools eating breakfast while listening to the beach waves crash along the shore. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, so no need to take any dirty laundry back home with you. The master bedroom has an ocean view. All TV's in the condo are flat screen with wireless internet available. Granite countertops and central heating and air. This condo was renovated in 2025.

This is our second year of renting this unit and we really enjoyed our stay once again.
Easy check in. Had trouble finding the key location at first, woman at the check in saw me immediately and guided me to the office. Had me in and out within 5 minutes even with World Cup Banter. Went directly to location and was given a parking pass and went to apartment with ease. Location was just as expected and check out was even more seamless even though the office wasn’t open there was someone still at the office and checked me out within 120 seconds.
The stay was okay
We stayed in Brighton 305 and it was perfect. From the ocean view to the updated decor, everything was there to make our stay just what we needed. Our jobs are very demanding and so a getaway needs to allow rest without distractions and that is what we found. Highly recommend this property.
We had a very enjoyable vacation.The condo at 305 is as beautiful as the pictures on line. We most enjoy the beach when we are here. Thank you for helping us to choose this condo .

4 stars for the property! It would be nice to possibly set up accommodations to purchase access to larger pool and related services that aren't included with additional fees/cost.

Our family had an excellent vacation, the unit has everything you could need, we will definitely book again!
Kingston Plantation is a gorgeous neighborhood and this unit was perfect for our group that ranged in age from pre-teen to a couple in their 60s. The condo was immaculate with beautiful decor. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen was one of the most well stocked I have ever seen in a condo and we were able to cook with ease!
