Each bedroom provides a spectacular view of the city along with its own flatscreen CCTV for watching your favorite shows. Each bathroom is dazzlingly clean, with either a walk-in shower or garden tub arrangement, along with wide mirrors.
Guests can enjoy multiple swimming options, including the pool and hot tub. The beach is mere steps away from this oceanfront condo. The spacious outdoor balcony is furnished with comfortable chairs and a patio table that overlooks the sandy shore while you kick back and enjoy a drink or hearty meal.
With an endless array of charming, waterfront restaurants, boutique souvenir shops, world-renowned theaters, and award-winning golf courses, there is always something to do on a Grand Strand getaway.
*Luxury Rentals include linens and departure maid service. An additional reduced rate luxury fee is added to all luxury rentals.

We had previously been at Myrtle Beach two weeks prior. The experience and stay using another rental company was a total nightmare. This experience with Elliott Rentals was the polar opposite. From the moment we arrived- everything was in order and prepared for us . They greeted us and promptly answered any questions we might have. I highly recommend using this company and our stay at Margate was top notch .
We've stayed in Margate 801 several times and its our favorite place we've stayed in over 50 years of coming to Myrtle Beach.
We had an incredible stay for our golf getaway! The place was exactly what we were looking for-spacious, comfortable, and perfect for four guys. The bedrooms offered plenty of room for everyone to spread out, and the beds were super comfortable after long days on the course. The highlight was definitely the large balcony with the ocean view. Morning coffee and evening drinks out there were unbeatable. It was a perfect spot to relax, unwind, and recap the days rounds. Everything was clean, well maintained, just as described. Great location, great amenities, all around five star experience. We’d absolutely stay here again!
Stunning views!!! The Airbnb hosted by Elliott Realty was spacious and just right for our Thanksgiving with family.
Loved this place. We spent most of our time out on the balcony. Unit faces South so doesn’t get direct sun in the morning. Perfect for sitting outside with your cup of coffee and enjoy listening to the waves. We had seven people and had lots of room to stretch out and not feel crowded. The refrigerator has an icemaker and filtered water, which was a huge plus.
Property is great
We love Margate 801. It’s our favorite condo of almost 50 years of vacationing at Myrtle Beach. Thank you for a wonderful week.
Nice place. Very nice. Was a bit different due to it being a gated community.
This unit in Margate Towers is amazing. I liked that the community is gated. Deserving of the "red beachball" rating. It is very spacious and well cared for with everything we needed for a great vacation. You have nice views of the ocean and fishing pier. Short drive to many awesome restaurants, attractions, and golf courses. Parking is spacious with some outside spaces as well as a large deck. Special Thank you to the team(Kelly & Amy) that cleaned/prepared this room for our arrival. As a past customer of Elliott's, check-in and out was very smooth and the associates were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. It is nice that many rentals are moving toward keyless entries. No more worries about having physical keys for everyone.
