Kingston Plantation Laurel Court 311 is a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath condo located in the prestigious Kingston Plantation community in Myrtle Beach. Situated in the popular Shore Drive area, this second-row retreat places guests just steps from the beautiful sandy beach and the refreshing Atlantic Ocean.
Located on the third floor, this inviting vacation rental is easily accessible by elevator, making arrival and departure simple. Inside the condo, guests will find a welcoming space designed for relaxation and convenience. Central heating and air keep the condo comfortable year-round, while wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected throughout their stay. TVs provide entertainment for evenings indoors, and a full-size washer and dryer add extra convenience for both short vacations and extended visits.
Kingston Plantation Laurel Court 311's fully equipped kitchen features stainless appliances and offers everything needed for preparing meals during your stay. Step outside onto the furnished private balcony overlooking a peaceful pond and enjoy a quiet moment with your morning coffee or unwind after a day at the beach.
Guests staying at Laurel Court can enjoy access to an outdoor swimming pool, sundeck, and outside shower located within the Kingston Plantation community. The gated entrance provides an added sense of privacy and security for guests during their vacation.
Guests staying at this property do not have access to the Kingston Plantation waterpark or fitness center.
Monthly winter rentals are available for guests who wish to enjoy the mild coastal climate of Myrtle Beach during the off-season.
Please note that smoking, motorcycles, and trailers are not permitted.

We stayed at Kingston Laurel Court 311. Comfortable setup for a family stay. The condo had everything we needed: washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a coffee maker, all the little things that make a longer stay easy. Loved having nice pool options right on site, along with easy beach access. Would definitely stay again!
My wife and I have frequented Kingston Plantation many times. We wanted to try the Lake Lodge type Condo to see what it was like. Overall we deemed that the property and service was satisfactory. It had a nice view, a local pool to visit, an easy walk/drive to the beach. We had a nice time.
Great stay amazing communication
This is the second time staying at 311 Laurel Court and we LOVE it! It is a brief (3-5 minute) walk towards the big hotels to get to the beach. A cool black swan resides on the lake on the right. The best convenience is when you walk between the North Towers and Embassy Suites there is a pool area on the right where there are clean bathrooms as there aren't any facilities on the beach. Also, there are two hoses to wash your feet and such off. right before beach. Near the entry gate you can putt near the health club and reserve a time for pickel ball. WalMart and Tanger Outlet stores are a two minute drive to the north and Krogers a five minute drive to the south. Comfy bed and deck to have food and drink overlooking the lake.A sweet place!
