We very much enjoyed Inlet Point Villa 5f. The view is amazing, and the condo is just a short walk to the ocean. We hadn’t stayed near the inlet until this trip, and we plan to return as soon as possible. The owner of this condo has provided a comfortable abode for enjoying the beach to its fullest—this property was truly a wonderful find for my family of three. 5 stars all the way! I have some thoughts that may or may not be actionable, but I wanted to pass them along just in case: (1) the residents/renters did not adhere to the two-car parking restriction towards the end of the week. I understand that this is probably due to the holiday weekend; however, parking should be guaranteed for guests who have paid to stay. We were forced to park in a precarious spot and didn’t feel as though our car was safe from being hit by another driver who may or may not be paying close enough attention. (2) Some of the inlet boaters were very courteous and would slow down when passing swimmers; however, many of them “docked” on the sand, making it hard for others to find a place to enjoy the beach inlet-side. (3) Lastly, it would be helpful to designate a portion of the inlet for fishing and not allowing it to occur just anywhere along the beach. I think the people who wish to fish have every right to do so and should be allowed to enjoy their experience, just not at the expense of everyone else’s good time. No need to reply to my review with reasons why nothing can be done about these things. My feedback is intended to be constructive from a place of good-humor, and above all, gratitude. That said, the property should be celebrated as one of the best and the owner commended! Thank you so much!
