This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Located a few rows from the beach in the Windy Hill section, this three-bedroom, two-bath smoke-free rental house will accommodate your family for a stupendous week at the beach. Monthly winter rates are also available. The house is a short 5-minute walk straight down the road to the beach. It is super easy to pack a bag with towels, toys and snacks and spend the day on the sand.
Hope at the Beach has two stories and ceiling fans throughout to circulate the central heat and air for you. Cozy furniture greets you in the living room and invites you to sit down and relax. A balcony upstairs is accessible from the bedroom, giving you an outdoor spot to relax and enjoy the salty ocean air. The rental house has numerous flatscreen TVs, so everyone will be well entertained. WIFI access allows you to connect with your friends on social networks.
The Hope at the Beach kitchen has ample counter space and full size appliances to allow the home chef to create tasty meals for the whole family. The cupboards can hold a variety of breakfast treats and snacks, so you won’t need to run to the store constantly. The separate dining space beside the kitchen is perfect to enjoy your meals and snacks while taking a break from the sun and sand of the beach.
When you are ready to head out see all the sights around North Myrtle Beach, remember that Barefoot Landing with The House of Blues, shopping and restaurants is only a short 5-minute drive! There are so many unique shops and things to do on your visit to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, you may not be able to see everything in one visit.
