Description
Heron Pointe F20 is a charming two-story vacation rental located in the popular Shore Drive area of North Myrtle Beach. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo offers a comfortable and convenient setting for couples or small families looking for a relaxing beach getaway. Located just two blocks from the ocean, guests can enjoy a short five-minute walk to the sandy shoreline and refreshing Atlantic breeze.
Inside the condo, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen that makes preparing meals simple and convenient. The living space is designed for comfort with central heating and air to keep the condo pleasant year-round. Entertainment and connectivity are easy with flatscreen TVs and wireless internet access throughout Heron Pointe F20. A washer and dryer are also included in the condo, adding convenience for both short vacations and longer stays.
The Heron Pointe community offers several amenities that enhance the vacation experience. Guests can take advantage of both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, including a heated indoor pool that is perfect for cooler days. After a day at the beach, unwind in the indoor hot tub or relax in the sauna. The sundeck provides a sunny place to lounge, while the grilling area makes it easy to prepare casual meals outdoors. An outside shower is available to rinse away sand after spending time along the shoreline.
Monthly winter rentals are available for guests looking to enjoy an extended stay along the Grand Strand.
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted at this property. Motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are not allowed.
Please note that there may be security cameras located in common areas of the condominium complex such as hallways, parking areas, and pool areas. These cameras are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo.
