Heron Pointe D5 is a comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located in the popular Shore Drive area of Myrtle Beach, just two blocks from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. This inviting condo offers a relaxing coastal setting where guests can enjoy the beach while staying close to dining, shopping, and entertainment.
Inside, Heron Pointe D5 provides the conveniences needed for a carefree beach vacation. Central heating and air keep the condo comfortable year-round, while WIFI access allows guests to stay connected throughout their stay. Flatscreen TVs offer entertainment when it is time to unwind indoors, and the washer and dryer in the condo add extra convenience for both short visits and longer stays.
The Heron Pointe community offers a variety of amenities designed to make your vacation even more enjoyable. Guests can take advantage of both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, including a heated indoor pool that is perfect for cooler days. After a day exploring the beach, relax in the indoor hot tub or unwind in the sauna. The sundeck provides a sunny spot to relax, and the grilling area makes it easy to enjoy casual outdoor cookouts with family and friends. An outside shower is also available for quickly rinsing away sand after spending time at the beach.
Monthly winter rentals are available during the off-season making Heron Pointe D5 is a great option for guests planning a longer stay.
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted at this property. Motorcycles, trailers, and golf carts are also not allowed.
Please note that there may be security cameras located in the common areas of the condominium complex, such as hallways, parking areas, and pool areas. These cameras are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo.
