This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
In Shore Drive, Guest Cottage #20 is a house vacation rental with a street-side balcony view at the heart of its appeal. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Guest Cottage #20 sleeps 7 guests. This is a second-row house, rather than an oceanfront property. The property has a pool. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 7-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
The outdoor shower gives you a place to rinse off after sandy outings. Use it as part of your return routine before settling in for the next part of the day. A house stay lets you make your own plans for time together. Decide which days you want to organize in advance and which you would rather leave open. The aim is to choose a pace that works for the people sharing the trip, with time to enjoy one another’s company.
