Unit was overall clean and had the right amenities. We had a party of 8 and the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was the right size. The chairs on the balcony were nice to sit on for a morning sunrise and evening relaxation. It was great to park right in the garage on the 4th level and basically walk right into the unit.
Great location on the beach with a nice view.
Location to the beach is great! My only complaint is the new owner needs to offer basic cable. We shouldn't have to use our own streaming services for TV in a rental. Previous owner has cable. Could not get any TV service in the master. Elliot rental office people were very nice and helpful with check in and check out.
Unit needs some TLC
I have been renting this unit every March for almost 10 years, the first year under Elliot. Unfortunately, I am unable to book next March with the new owners. I have had an issue with the outdoor table that needed to be looked at since last year, and it was taken care of quickly.
Have stayed at this room for 10 years or so and love it. An outside table needs taken care of.
