This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Gator Getaway has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms and sleeps 10 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. The property has a 32 foot long pool that can be heated from Mar-May and Sept-Nov for a fee. The bedroom and bathroom counts help you plan sleeping arrangements and daily routines before the trip, while the 10-guest capacity sets the size of your group.
An outdoor shower offers a convenient place to rinse away sand after beach time. It is a small but useful part of the transition from outdoor activities to the rest of your day. Gator getaway was wonderful. We spent so much time in the pool and hot tub. There were a few maintenance problems which we did address. And some small problems we just dealt with. This house has been perfect for what we needed and expected:)
We had an awesome stay at Gator Getaway! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The pool was definitely one of the highlights—perfect for cooling off and spending time with family after a day at the beach. The location in North Myrtle Beach was great, making it easy to get to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Overall, Gator Getaway was a fantastic place to stay, and we would absolutely book it again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing beach getaway!
