This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 10 guests. Keep the 10-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
The dishwasher takes care of one of the everyday jobs that can otherwise interrupt time together. Clear the dishes, then get back to your vacation plans. A washer and dryer are inside the house, so you can refresh clothing during your stay. That is especially useful when beachwear and everyday laundry begin to pile up. The balcony offers a channel view. Leave a little room in your schedule to enjoy that outlook and a pause outside between the other parts of your day.
After time spent outside, the outdoor shower is a practical place to rinse off. It helps make the shift from beach plans to evening plans a little . You will also find outdoor table with firepit and a propane grill. Entertainment features include a 40-inch TV in primary bedroom. The bedrooms have a 32-inch TVs and 55-inch TV in living room. You will find a and a furnished channel balcony. Make room in the day to pause outside between your other plans. The property also offers swim spa.
