We recently stayed at Fin Bin, and before anything else, I wanted to say thank you for a wonderful vacation. We genuinely loved the house. It was comfortable, homey, and beautiful, and the layout was absolutely fantastic for our family. The walk to the beach was even shorter than we expected, and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub every single day. The lights in the pool and hot tub made swimming after dark one of our favorite parts of the trip. Our family made some incredible memories. We truly appreciate having such a great place to stay, especially at such a great value with such short notice. We would absolutely love to stay at Fin Bin again. I also wanted to compliment your office staff. When we checked in, every single person greeted us with a smile and was incredibly friendly, even though it was obvious how busy everyone was. We also loved all of the red, white, and blue decorations! Please keep that tradition going. We completed the online check-in activities and received the free beach ball, which we ended up playing with all week. It was a fun surprise. The house itself was very clean, the pool was spotless, and everything was in great order when we arrived. I did want to offer a few suggestions that might make future guests' stays even better: - It would be helpful to have a more noticeable heads-up that lawn care, pool maintenance, and pest control may stop by during the week. We had visits from the pool technician on Wednesday and Saturday, lawn service on Thursday, and pest control on Friday. Everyone was very friendly (special kudos to the exterminator as he was probably the friendliest and most personable of the three!), but it did interrupt our pool time each day. - The kitchen would benefit from a supply of washable dishcloths and kitchen towels. We went through quite a few paper towels during the week. Also, some larger and higher-quality cookware would be appreciated. Since we tried to eat most meals at the house, we found the pots and pans too small for our family. There was only one baking sheet and one medium skillet, so we had to cook in multiple batches, which meant food cooled off or everyone ate at different times. Some larger nonstick cookware would make a big difference. - A gas grill would be a wonderful addition. - Handheld shower heads would make bathing children much easier, and slow-closing toilet seats would also be a nice upgrade. A few maintenance items we wanted to bring to your attention: - Since we arrived on the holiday, the previous week's trash had not yet been collected. We completely understand that this wasn't anyone's fault, but the outdoor trash cans had a very strong odor throughout the week. - A few of the bedroom TVs would not connect. We even tried replacing the remote batteries without success. It wasn't a major issue since we spent very little time watching TV. - The refrigerator ice maker had some issues. Ice had built up and hardened inside the freezer door, preventing it from dispensing properly. We removed the built-up ice and got it working temporarily, but the crushed ice setting never worked, and the cubes continued getting jammed in the dispenser. - There was some tape left on the dining room wall and in one of the bedrooms when we arrived. We left it in place when we checked out. One last thing we'd like to mention—the neighbor to the left of the house was incredibly welcoming. He introduced himself early in the week and shared recommendations about the area. It was such a nice touch to have such a friendly neighbor. Thank you again for helping make this vacation such a memorable one for our family. We truly enjoyed our stay at Fin Bin and hope to return in the future.

This is our third stay at Fin Bin and already have 2026 booked. We love the pool and hot tub, decor and it’s perfect for our group of 4, as we all have our own bedroom. The ONLY drawback is the steps. We’re all in our fifties and for now we’re fine hauling our luggage, groceries, etc up the steps, but we do wish there was an elevator 😂. We will return yearly, for as long as this is an available rental.

We stayed at Fin Bin from July 12 – 18 and had an excellent experience overall. The house was spotless and comfortable, and the pool was the highlight. Our kids spent hours swimming and then crossed the street to a huge playground. The location is ideal: just a short walk to both the beach and Main Street.
The only drawback was the air-conditioning. During the hottest part of the day the system couldn’t cool the house below 75 °F. Elliott’s customer-service team responded quickly and sent an HVAC technician, but he said the unit simply isn’t powerful enough for the space and relayed that feedback to management.
Aside from the AC issue, we loved our stay.

Overall everything has been great. Great spot.

Love the Fin Bin

My agent was Marcy and she was so friendly and helpful that it was very easy to make my decisions. We wanted a heated pool and she went out of her way to find several. When it was discovered at the last minute that the pool was out of order she immediately found the perfect house for us. The house at Fin Bin is amazing and just what we wanted. You’re company was a pleasure to work with.

Stayed 10/4/24 for three nights and the house is nice and new. The neighbors are great and friendly and the park across the street is great (especially if you're there for a sports tournament, it's a great spot to sneak in a practice).  

Location offered the best of both worlds - peace and tranquility with a dash of spice on the Main Street. The house and all of the amenities were amazing. Great neighbors! The small park across the street offered a great morning walk. Take time to watch the turtles in the pond! Overall experience was excellent.

We had an amazing time. Loved the pool and hot tub. McLean Park was nice to walk to lots of turtles and fish in the pond. The house was nice with lots of space and clean. The place was a fun place and we had an amazing vacation. I would recommend staying here especially with your kids. They will enjoy themselves.
