I had an amazing time. I loved the resort we stayed in and the rooms were so nice and clean. My favorite part was the jacuzzi tub! Elliott was super informative and always answered all of our questions in a timely manner :)
The trip was amazing! Dunes Village has plenty to offer for the entire family and is located centrally to many restaurants and tourist activities. I can't wait to come back next year. If there was anything to be improved upon, the furniture in the unit was dated.
We stayed in dunes village palms tower room 255. The whole experience was amazing. I loved how spacious and clean it was. The host was very responsive when we had questions. I recommend!
Elliott’s listing was as described and they were great hosts, very responsive and quick to resolve my concerns. I did have an issue with the cleanliness of the unit upon arrival however they quickly handled that concern and exceeded my expectations with their resolution. While the unit itself is in need of some TLC, I have no complaints about our stay and would stay with Elliott’s beach rentals again.
Very nice family oriented location. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. Will definitely be booking here again next year.
The stay was great host responded very well...but as far as the stay the cleanliness it was top tier and I thank the host for allowing me and my family to stay.

We chose to stay at Dunes Village 255 to celebrate my son’s 50 birthday. He wanted to do something fun with his 3 grandchildren. Playing in the two 2️⃣ inside waterparks was a perfect choice. Lots of fun for a 10, 8 & 6 yr old. The adults had fun also watching the kids while enjoying the hot tub. The outside temp was 28 but warm and inviting inside the water park. The condo was very accommodating with 2 bedrooms/2 baths nice ocean side view. It was clean and the beds were made for you . It is nice to find a resort to visit in the off season.
Nice resort with a lot of activities and things to do for kids. Splash pads, slides etc. condo is very nice and on second level.
Staying here was amazing the children had the best time and that's why we go on vacation. We will be coming back to this place next year.
This beach spot was perfect! Super easy access and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The place was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. Plus, the location was incredibly convenient — close to everything we needed and just steps from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
