Description
The Drayton House 402 is in the heart of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. One of the best things about it is that there are only a few buildings on the oceanfront in this area. Instead, there is a walking trail with fitness stations. You can soak up the sunshine and stick your toes in the sand in mere minutes. There are several watersports to enjoy, including jet skiing, paddleboarding, tubing, swimming, and parasailing. Drayton House 402 is on Ocean Boulevard and close to the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. There are rides, arcades, restaurants, and souvenir shops. You can also visit attractions such as the Myrtle Beach Skywheel, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, Nightmare Haunted House, and Myrtle Beach Zipline Adventures. Golfers will fall in love with the award-winning golf courses in the area.
Drayton House 402 is a convenient and comfortable condo in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Take in the incredible views from the private balcony. Stir up a pitcher of your favorite beverage and spend time with family and friends on the balcony. Bring out the Bluetooth speaker or radio, and let the good times begin! You can bring the whole family or invite friends to join you when you vacation at Drayton House 402. There are three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
The living room space is comfortably furnished and is perfect for relaxing while watching TV. A dining room is connected to the living room. The kitchen has full-sized appliances and plenty of room for you to prepare meals, large and small. Stay entertained and connected with flatscreen TVs and complimentary WIFI. Before heading out, you can make dinner reservations and tee times at the condo. Other convenient amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer and central heating conditioning. Drayton House 402 has all the comforts of home and amenities you expect to find in a modern beach vacation rental.

We loved our stay at Drayton House 402. I’ve always been curious about this house when we’ve stayed in this area previously. It is the perfect location and very nice and spacious. The nice big balcony is amazing and the whole condo itself is quiet which we enjoy. We had a wonderful stay!
Great time and property
We stayed for 3 days and wish we could’ve waaaay longer, because it was Amazing. The views are Gorgeous!!! The place was clean, So spacious, and I could stay on the patio all day/night. You cannot beat the views and location. We had the Best time. The place sleeps 8, and we had 7 with us. It was perfect. 👏🎉🎉🎉

The condo was in a peaceful location in Myrtle Beach and walkable to the beach. The porch was great for morning coffee. The elevator was helpful for groceries and luggage as well.
We had a great time at the Drayton House. The unit is so beautifully decorated and the view of the beach is amazing! We will be back again next year or sooner!

This condo was in such a very good area. The porch with the view was breathtaking and honestly is the reason in itself to rent. The beach access was very easy to walk too. It was quiet in the condo and the rooms were exactly like the pictures. We would stay again at this place for sure!

The location and amenities was absolutely amazing!
This place is in a great location. We were minutes from the AAU tournament facility. The beach is much quieter than in the heart of Myrtle but just a few minutes drive from the boardwalk. The view from the deck is amazing! Good space and open floor layout for kitchen, living room and dinning room. Having the beach and pool within walking distance was really nice. Lots of food options other than fast food in the area. Please be aware that there is ONLY 1 parking spot and there is only two metered spots on the street to park that are always taken. This was an issue for us since we had to have two cars. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay! We will be back!

We stayed in Drayton House 402! Excellent view! Beautiful property! We had a washer stop working while we were there and the team was wonderful! They had us a new washer, the next day! They also had us extra towels and wash cloths to hold us over until then! It has been a wonderful experience!

We stayed in Drayton House 402. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. It was a beautiful, well-kept apartment on the 4th floor. Had an elevator for use after climbing a set of steps. Loved the beach decor and paint colors. Balcony view was splendid. Watched several sunrises from the balcony. Comfortable and clean, lots of space to spread out. Loved the living room furniture with recliners. Beds were comfortable. Shower was great. Nice big dining room table with plenty of seating. Unit has one parking spot in a tight parking area. Worked fine for us. There is a paid parking lot next to the park across the street that I think can be used. It is a cute little park for the littles with a pirate ship play area. We loved being right by the beach. Very easy and short walk across the street to the beach. Beach was clean and perfect for long walks and collecting seashells. I would love to stay here again and hope to get to someday.
The view is amazing! We visited for my birthday and our 34th wedding anniversary. Had a great and very relaxing time.
Check in was the fastest and easiest yet! Our condo wasn’t even ready, but they gave us all of our check in material etc. and we didn’t have to go back to the rental place. They just sent us a text when it was ready with the door code. It was ready earlier than it was suppose to be. It was a great experience.
Nice updated place, can tell the building is old but the unit was clean, had a workable kitchen, three comfortable bedrooms and nice reclining furniture in the living area. Beautiful views of the ocean from master bedroom and living room.. Enjoyed the porch swing but some of the outdoor furniture needs to be updated. Overall everyone in our family enjoyed their stay.

I loved the place, everything was very clean. What I did not like very much was that there is only one parking space and we were 8 people. We had two cars but the place is very nice, clean rooms, clean bathrooms.
Great place. Just like the photos. Amazing location! quiet and steps away from the beach. Hosts responded quickly. condo across from the beach .would definitely stay again.
