Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. Keep the 10-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
The outdoor shower gives you a place to rinse off after sandy outings. Use it as part of your return routine before settling in for the next part of the day. The 3 bathrooms are worth considering as you organize your group’s daily routines. Some travelers may be ready to start the day early, while others may prefer a slower morning. A little planning around shared schedules can keep the practical side of the stay straightforward.
