This gorgeous, reasonably-priced top-floor unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to seven adults for a week or longer, and it has ocean views that go on forever. You will love spending time on the spacious balcony just listening to the waves crashing on the shore. Sunsets are spectacularly colorful here in South Carolina, and you won’t want to miss a minute of them.
The living room is spacious and relaxing, with a plush sectional sofa to sink into while watching a movie on one of the three flat-screen Smart TVs with streaming capabilities located within Buena Vista 1104. Wireless Internet access is also available, so you can stay connected throughout your vacation.
The home chef will be pleased with the granite countertops and large cupboards in the open kitchen that will make cooking for the family a fun time. The modern dining table and chairs will also be good if you want to play a board game on a rainy night.
The top-of-the-line finishes and beachy-décor in this oceanfront penthouse rental unit will keep it in high demand. It does offer monthly winter rental rates for the off season, which is a very enjoyable time to vacation.
Buena Vista 1104 has an elevator to make arrival and departure with lots of luggage an easy feat. A washer and dryer in the unit also make it easy to keep laundry under control. Central heat and air will keep the temperature comfortable all year long.
Outside the unit you will find a large, crystal blue outdoor pool and a kiddie pool for the little ones to splash around in while you enjoy working on your tan on the sun deck. The soft sand is just a few feet away as you walk toward the salty surf of the Atlantic Ocean.

Great stay, they need to change the carpet out in the hallway but that is not the homeowners fault
Beautiful!!
I have stayed in 6 or 8 condos at BVP. 1104 is my favorite 2 bedroom by far. In fact, except for the need for 3 bedrooms sometimes, it is my fave. Beautifully decorated, terrific beds, great layout. I LOVE it. Linda Tate
