Inside this two bedroom, two bath, you’ll find a spacious and welcoming interior designed for both comfort and convenience. The condo features central heating and air to keep you comfortable year-round, along with wireless internet access to keep you connected during your stay. With TVs throughout, there’s plenty of entertainment for everyone. A washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo, making longer stays easy and stress-free.
Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool, equipped with a pool lift, at Brigadune I Condos or take advantage of the direct beach access just steps away. After a day in the sand, rinse off at the outside shower before heading back inside. The building is equipped with elevator access for added convenience.
Whether you’re planning a week at the beach or an extended seasonal getaway, Brigadune I Condos 1D offers the comfort, convenience, and oceanfront views that make every vacation memorable.
Monthly winter rentals are available, making this an excellent choice for snowbirds seeking a warm coastal escape. Please note that there is no access to a fitness center.

We have been staying at the Brigadune for at least 10 years. We have always rented 1D. We absolutely love this unit. It would also be nice to see some of the artificial plants removed and replaced with beach decor, along with new comforters on the beds. Over all this place is our number one choice. Can’t wait to return next year.
Right on the beach! Quiet place and family oriented! Best place we’ve stayed in a long time and I am picky! Loved loved and will definitely be back!

Check-in was a breeze. Great location and very nice unit. Beautiful view of the water and right next to the pool. It doesn't get any better.
Awesome experience - would have liked to spend more time on patio but I got a cold, raining week, Looking to book again in October!
