A few things that could be better but still love the place.  I have been coming here for 10 years and I always enjoyed this unit and loved bringing my family here. So those things wont stop me from loving it here but it may need some tlc.

The view is amazing! Resort amenities were nice, 3 pools at the main resort and 1 pool and a small lazy river across the street at the sites other building. Restaurant and tiki bar have great options. Parking is across the street but it’s really not bad, the resort offers luggage carts and grocery carts that are amazing to use after a shopping trip or such! Easy check in process if you read the directions ;) The Rooms, the big room with the 2 queens is the room with access to the balcony and the view. The other room has a king. The balcony is accessible from the big bedroom and the living room. The Balcony is very large compared to other condos we have stayed at. This is an end unit so there is no hall traffic. Now we had a great week and I do not regret my rental decision however with that being said the condo itself needs some attention, it is an older building so it is a little outdated .

We enjoyed our stay. The room was suitable. The entire facility was pretty clean. The outdoor Tiki Bar is the best. The staff there is amazing!!

all in all, I cannot let a couple small things bring any of my ratings down below 5 stars. Couple hiccups on arrival. But the host took care of these and our stay was incredible. Accomodations were as described. Could use a little updating and possibly a few more amenities for the guest. But after reading horror story after horror story of what other experienced at other locations, with other hosts, I think we did VERY well. Facility was outstanding, with multiple pools, hot tub, restaurant, etc. Its more towards South Myrtle, but close enough to everything. I would definitely use Elliot again.

This condo is in an absolutely perfect location, and the building security was a nice bonus! My only (very minor) complaint is the coffee pot was missing the handle and top, but everything else you could need was in the kitchen and ready to go. Lots of seating for the whole family, and even included some board games. We would stay here again!

The unit is spacious and it is the first time I have seen such a large balcony in a resort. Our vacation was great. The apartment is great, enough towels and sheets. The pools are clean. and it has a pool that has a pool, half of which is covered and the other half is not. The truth is that everything was great
