The concierge Shana on Friday was so very nice. I just finished my 6th surgery in 8 months and my mom was with me and she is 90. She saw what a difficult time I was having and came to my rescue to get our things out of the car and up to our room. She was a huge blessing to us and I feel a great asset for your company. Improvements would be to make sure TV and refrigerator are working properly before guest arrive. Your young man at the desk when called came up and got us up to speed. Staying here for years and love the place, people and location. Thanks for being a wonderful host.
Everyone here has been amazing and made us feel like family. We will definitely be back and recommending BLOCKADE RUNNER to all our friends.
Need to update rooms
We enjoyed our stay at Blockade Runner. Staff was very nice and helpful. Liked the end corner room.
We have been staying at Blockade Runner for about six years and we have enjoyed every stay. I love the ocean front view and the privacy we have. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. We will be back.
