This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This property features luxury vinyl plank flooring along with stainless appliances, quartz counters, flatscreen TVs including a 55” TV in the living area, plus charcoal grill. The beach is only a three-minute walk away from the rental, which means you can easily visit the shore as often as you wish.
Enjoy endless hours of fun in the sun at the beach but be sure to schedule some retail therapy at one of the many nearby boutiques or the Tanger Shopping Outlets. There’s something for everyone at North Myrtle Beach.

The home was beautiful and I have stayed in many Airbnb’s. If I could recommend anything, it would be make sure that you have hangers in your closets. We had no way to hang up any clothing for the entire week that we were there. The kitchen was not well equipped with cookware. The listing states that the home could sleep up to 16 people, but there was not settings of dishes for 16 people. Other than that the home was convenient too many things in the area and it was a very nice home.
This property was in a good location. Quiet area. Easy walk to the beach. everything was clean. Kitchen needed a few more items to use effectively but we made it work.

This home was absolutely beautiful. It was very spacious for 11 of us (3 kids). It will accommodate 16 for sleeping. Kitchen had nice appliances & lots of cabinet space. hey staff was wonderful. Recommend you plan to rent a golf cart. It makes things so much easier. You can drive them on the back streets to many places, especially to the beach. It states a 3min walk from the house. It is longer unless you are a fast walker. Too long with young children or elderly people & that doesn’t really take into consideration things being carried. Nice HOT showers. Enjoy your stay!
