This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Make time for Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach at Bella Mar, a house vacation rental that brings a pool that is heated year round for a fee into your vacation plans. This house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bella Mar sleeps 12 guests. The house is located beyond the second row, rather than directly oceanfront. Keep the 12-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
Having a dishwasher makes a practical difference during a shared stay. It helps you keep up with dishes without spending every meal break washing them by hand. The washer and dryer let you handle laundry where you are staying. You can wash a small load as needed rather than building your whole packing list around the length of the trip.
The outdoor shower gives you a place to rinse off after sandy outings. Use it as part of your return routine before settling in for the next part of the day. Interior details include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The beach access detail is a short walk to the beach. Features include next to boulineaus Supermarket. The property also offers pyramid bunk bed with trundle. Recreation features include putting green. It is another way to spend time together without turning every activity into an outing. The living room has a 75-inch smart TV. The primary bedroom has a 55-inch smart TV. The bedrooms have a 43-inch smart TV's.

We have been staying at the Bella Mar For the last four years, looking forward to next year, I am a grandma of five wonderful grandchildren. This place has become very special to us. I left you a small placard that states Bella Mar where families make memories that pretty much sums it up. However, one thing we have noticed the past two years we are a family that does not mind cooking on vacation your grill it’s a little on the rough side we managed and your pots a larger one to boil noodles or crab legs in would be awesome however, next year, I will remember to bring a charcoal grill just in case and my seafood pot. But that all aside, you have a beautiful home and we thank you for sharing it with us

We have been staying with Elliott for many, many years.
I couldn't recommend this location enough. The rooms were tidy and clean and had plenty of room for 8 people, including 2 kids. You're situated right next to a couple gas stations, a grocery store, and some souvenir shops in case you need some beach gear. The walk to the beach is just two blocks away and a straight shot as soon as you walk out the door.
We had a great stay! The house is beautiful.

Overall the place was very clean. We had 2 calls into maintenance and they were both addressed efficiently. Thank you. The Queen mattresses in both bedrooms and the bottom bunk mattress could be replaced.

This house was perfect for a small family get together. Dad loved the putting green and the kids loved the pool. We loved just how close we were to the beach and grocery store.
We had a great time staying here as a family. The house and rooms were spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Very clean and had a very homey feel. Being able to heat the pool and be within walking distance of the beach was another great thing. Thank you for allowing our family to stay here.
We had a great time during our stay here, the rooms were beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The decor was fabulous and the pool was the best part. It was located in the best area with the beach right across the street and the grocery/gift shop only a 2 minute walk away. It felt like a dream staying here and we will most definitely be returning to this house anytime we travel to SC! 100/10 recommend.
Loved staying at Bella Mar. it checked off all the boxes. The house was incredible inside and out. Pure luxury! The heated pool was amazing and made the stay that more enjoyable after a day at the beach. A big bonus was the supermarket being right across the street. Everything f we needed was within walking distance. 5 star plus for Bella Mar
We had a great time, the bunkbeds were great, we went to the beach and the fish touched my feet. We are sad to leave this home because it was great!
We had a wonderful stay at Bella Mar! What a Great home! A wonderful location with just a quick Track to the beach. The Pool was a fantastic way to end the evening and cool down. We look forward to visiting Bella Mar again in the future. To the next family enjoy your time and make great memories.
Our second year using Elliott Realty, great experience, friendly staff. We only had 1 issue, with an alarm and they were very quick to respond and get it all worked out.
Loved our stay at Bella Mar. The home is stunning inside and out. Luxury at its finest. We loved how everything was so close from the beach to the restaurants to fun stuff to do just a few steps away. Boulineau's being across the st was amazing since we could get everything we needed at any point. The pool set up was perfect since we could keep an eye on our kids very easily at all times. Our family will definitely be back to Bella Mar!
