This is a family rental property located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Beachcomber has 8 bedrooms and 8 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom and sleeps 30 guests. This is an oceanfront house. Keep the 30-guest capacity in mind as you organize who is coming and how your group will use the bedrooms during the visit.
A dishwasher helps keep meal cleanup manageable, whether you are rinsing breakfast dishes or clearing away plates at the end of the day. The 2 washers and 2 dryers let you handle laundry where you are staying. You can wash a small load as needed rather than building your whole packing list around the length of the trip. The property has an elevator. When you are organizing bags for arrival and departure, that is a helpful amenity to have on your planning list. From the balcony, the view is oceanfront. It adds a reason to linger for a while rather than fill every moment of your visit with an activity.
After time spent outside, the outdoor shower is a practical place to rinse off. It helps make the shift from beach plans to evening plans a little simpler. Beautiful home! Love all the space for a large family! We loved the set up and how everything was arranged! The kitchen was huge and very well stocked! The sunsets and the sunrises from the balcony were amazing. Thanks for sharing this lovely home!
It would be nice to have more towels and kitchen towels and a hair dryer. The pool needs a sign that says no diving since it is fairly shallow

Great stay! This place was perfect for our golf trip. The movie room got a lot of use and Elliot was extremely helpful and responsive when needed. Would recommend.

The Beachcomber House was beautiful—spacious, clean, and uncluttered. Everyone had their own large bedroom and bathroom, and sunrise from the porch is a must! The beach is just steps away, and the hot tub heats up quickly. We had a few small issues, but Elliott was very responsive and fixed them the same day.
House is awesome.
The outdoor area was perfect! The house was huge! Our family group of 23 had so much space. We loved the top of the line appliances and well stocked kitchen. The house was very clean and perfect for our family. It was a wonderful vacation! Hope to vacation here again in the future!

Beachcomber is the most elegant, clean house. Our stay was perfect. I was relaxed all week and never had to leave as everything you need is there. There were enough kitchen appliances and pans to cook . Th rooms are bigs and spacious. He bathrooms are very nice. The pool is big and a lot of space for the whole group. The theater is huge with enough space for the group. There is so much space that several families can stay there but will not be on top of each other. I highly recommend Beachcomber for you next stay as it will be a relaxing stressful clean and beautiful stay.
