The view from the balcony of the rental condo is breathtaking. You will spend hours watching the ocean waves crash on the sand. You may even see some dolphins playing in the swells. The sunsets are colorful and bright. Bring a frosty drink and enjoy the painted sky.
Beach Colony 1902 has flatscreen CCTVs for those rainy days and times you plan to stay indoors. There is also WIFI to keep you connected to your social media and work. The cool, beachy vibe flows throughout the whole rental condo.
The kitchen has granite countert and stainless appliances which are guaranteed to thrill the home chef. Breakfast or lunch can be enjoyed at the dining table or even while sitting on the balcony enjoying the view.

Had a great weekend!
I loved everything about the Airbnb. It was the best choice that I chose for me and my family vacation. I would most definitely go back again and use Elliott services. Thank you for the hospitality. The place was beautiful. The view was outstanding and my kids had an awesome time, thank you again
Such a beautiful view and the condo's amenities were a joy! My daughter enjoyed the various pools and quick access to the beach! Highly recommended!
The condo is amazing! It has all you need to make the vacation enjoyable. Sometimes when you stay in places there is a lot of foot traffic and noises outside. - this place had none of that on the 19th floor! I would recommend bringing pillows as there were only two per bed. The amenities were great as well. There nothing better then going from a day all at the oven to the pool to relax. Would rent again 100%!
