Elliot Rentals is a fabulous rental service, very responsive and friendly. The unit has some minor cleaning issues in the master bathroom but Elliot Rentals handled it immediately and professionally. The unit was very nice with an outstanding ocean front view.
Enjoyed my stay it was worth the vacation Ive waited all year for....I will definitely be using them again
I enjoyed the condo and especially the new kitchen and wonderful couch. The TV remotes had to be replaced by Elliott Beach rental. The dryer lint cleaner should have instructions on how to clean out the lint . I looked up the procedure up on the internet and finally figured it out. Btw, the dryer vent was cleaned by the facility. Nice people. I had a great visit.

My family and I enjoyed our room and stay very much!
Very clean. Probably the cleanest unit we’ve stayed in in Bay Watch in years. Could use another chair in the living room and softer beds. Especially the master bed.
We loved the unit - it had everything we were looking for- a full kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, 2 separate bedrooms, and oceanfront view! The only two suggestions we would make is to replace the mattresses (they were really firm and hard to sleep on) and upgrade balcony furniture. Thank you for an awesome week!
It was a pleasure dealing with Elliotts. The room was great and clean when we arrived. The view was beautiful. The resort was extremely nice. We had only one issue with a light fixture, I notified Elliotts of what happened, I had a text within a few minutes asking if everyone was ok. The response with the issue was addressed immediately and professionally. Check in was smooth and everyone was friendly and on top of their game. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism Elliotts provided. I would definitely use them again.

Comfortable and accommodating rooms. The pools were plentiful and well maintained. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cookware that you would need if you were going to cook in your room, which we did not. The main king bed was not as plush as the double beds in the other room but it was adequate. Everything was clean and we had plenty of bath towels. The end unit laundry worked very well and was a huge benefit. The sofa was a pull-out so it wasn't super comfy but it did the trick. A few more hangers in each closet would be nice. It would be helpful to have some hooks in the bathroom to hang shower supplies. Food and drinks at the pool and snack bar/ restaurant on premises. Were both very good. Make sure to have cash at the pool if your kids are going to want an icee :)Overall, two adults and two teens were pleased with our stay.

Actually I had a wonderful experience.. This was a spur of the moment opportunity to take 3 grands to the beach - two had never been - and we worked with Pam and everything went flawlessly. She set us up at BayWatch tower 1 and it had all we needed for the grands without being too overwhelming. Had never used your services before but Pam has a new customer!!!!
