The Bahama Sands PH8 is both well maintained and welcoming. There are flatscreen CCTVs and DVD players. The condo has central heating and air conditioning for temperature control and consistency of comfort. The fully furnished kitchen is lovely. The Jacuzzi tub is inviting. As this is a penthouse condo, the rental is extra spacious.

The owners have been very helpful. Elliott Realty contacted the homeowners twice when we first arrived regarding operating the thermostat and the television in the main area. They were very helpful. And near the end of our stay, the dishwasher wasn’t working. The technician came and said a part was required and he would order it. We called Elliott to check on the status, as we had family arriving for Easter weekend, and were told the owners had ordered a new dishwasher, and it was being delivered and installed the next day, in time for Easter weekend.
Loved the unit! Cleaning was good!
